What Kind of Water Do I Recommend?
Probably should have had this link after my water seminar..... :/
Reverse Osmosis, Distilled, Filtered, Berkey, Britta and on and on.
What is the best water to drink?
My definitive answer is now Mountain Valley Spring Water. What’s so special about it?
From their website: “We pride ourselves on truth, integrity, and pure American spring water. Rising naturally from a spring in the Ouachitas, The Mountain Valley spring water filters through granite-based aquifers collecting all the pure, healthy, goodness from the land. Our water is sodium-free with a naturally detoxifying pH and rich blend of calcium, magnesium and potassium.”
It comes from deep inside nature, with acres away from industry and therefore contamination. It’s bottled at the source and most importantly it’s bottled in GLASS. Yes you heard that right, no plastic AT ALL. Think about transportation of plastic, bottled water in the middle of summers sitting in hot warehouses, ugh so toxic. Finally it flows straight out of the ground so it has structure and LIFE, just as water was supposed to have.
Here’s the only downside…it’s relatively expensive compared to other options. But the other options use plastic or are devoid of minerals (RO, distilled, berkey, etc.). Since your body is 70+% water, I think it’s a worthwhile investment into your health!
The best way to incorporate this is to use it for drinking only (not washing food or cleaning), that’s what a whole house system would be good for (washing, cleaning, showering, cooking).
If you are interested in getting it delivered to your house, check out how to save $25 off your first home delivery.
Side note: I just rent a dispenser from them for about $6/month instead of buying the unit. My family of 5 goes through about 5 gallons a week (you don’t need as much water as you think you do)
Blessings,
